What is an Alpha Male?
An alpha male is probably what you're not if you're reading this
article. Offended? Hey, an alpha keeps his cool and maintains control
over his emotions. What other characteristics fit the alpha? Well,
there are a few things to keep in mind.
Let's begin with a few simple, but rarely used body language tips that you want to convey. The first one is to always keep your chin up. This, playa is a simple, but effective method of displaying confidence to the world. Also keep your mouth closed for the most part, dude nobody wants to see your tonsils all night. Keep your shoulders back and sit comfortably with your back straight and feet firmly on the ground. An alpha should have a swagger to his walk. try to walk heel to toe while rolling your shoulders. Always remember, playboy NO ONE HAS SWAGGER LIKE YOU. Now, unto attitude. Speak with conviction. Understand that when you speak, you're responsible for what you say, so when you speak believe in what you're saying as truth. Now, I'm not telling you to go around walking with your chin up, beating your chest screaming at the top of your lungs that 2 and 2 is 6. No. What I'm saying is simply believe and know within yourself that the only authority over your life is you. Respect yaself. Don't sit there laughing at any and everything just because everyone is doing it. You're a man that thinks for himself and you refuse to laugh at things that aren't funny to you. Don't take crap from anyone. Receiving good treatment isn't something that everyone receives, but I guarantee that if you held yourself down and respected yourself 100%, the treatment that you receive from others will be on the upside. Finally, try to keep your question asking to a minimum. You have the answers already(at least you appear to haha) and that's all that matters. How to Make Eye Contact With a Girl
The Mack knows to put himself in position to be chosen. Getting chosen
is the recognition that a girl is choosing you based off of her body
language, her cute attempts to be near you and of course the best and
easiest indicator is the eye contact she makes with you.
Before you begin to apply this method I advise you to let the girl do
the choosing as it takes it load of your job and you can then operate
from a position of strength(very important). Think of a great
basketball player who allows the game to come to him. This is what
you're doing.
Anyway, once a broad chooses with her eyes it's now your job to not
only meet her gaze, but you must defeat her gaze as well. I'm going to
show you a simple method of how to do that. First, let me say that I understand that many people are uncomfortable
with holding eye contact with strangers. But you, playa are going to be
one of the few that is comfortable with it. Now, pick an eye(preferably the right eye) and look(don't stare) into
it and hold it---hold it---and hold it(fight the urge to look away)
until she breaks the moment and looks down. Looking down is a gesture
of submission, however, you don't stop there. No. Now, you want to be
smooth and follow here eyes until she looks back up into yours. Once
she looks back into your eyes, my friend you are in. Don't wait either because you're a man of action and if you don't act
fast she'll lose much or all respect for you. Remember the old saying,

In a perfect world everything would be harmonious, but we know better.
We know that in any given system it is set up(by whom?) for only those
strong enough to survive--not exactly to thrive, but survive. Only the
best of the best are meant to thrive. Be happy that you're still a
survivor, you know? You're here living and breathing, right? Now, we understand the obvious, we're all technically survivors,
however, I still see many guys out there demanding that they have the
hot broad on their arm, or asking questions like "why aren't I getting
what I want out of life?" or "why don't things work out for me?"
Listen, you can have whatever you want out of life, but you gotta get
of your ass and figure some things out. If you want to have more power
in your life or if you simply just want control of your life, then just
get out there and do it. This here, gentleman is the essence of man, know what you want,
formulate a strategy(or theory) and the most important thing of
all--TAKE ACTION! |
